Description: We just replaced a new battery for the laptop, witch is also included. Not sure if the battery we purchased is defective or the laptop itself is defective. In BIOS settings, battery health show “Excellent” but at windows it show 0% percent charging. When we unplug the laptop from charger it automatically showdowns. For this issues, we selling it for parts only. Laptop have fresh clean Windows 11 installed and also all drivers had been installed and updated.
