REPAIR/REPLACEMENT EXCHANGE

Tablet Exchange Policy

To ensure you receive your replacement as quickly as possible, you can place an order online for a replacement tablet. A temporary payment authorization (hold) will be placed at the time of the order.

Once we receive and inspect your defective or exchange tablet, the payment hold will be released or refunded to your original payment method, provided the returned device meets the exchange requirements.

If the original device is not returned within the specified return period or does not meet the exchange eligibility criteria, the payment authorization may be converted into a charge.

For device return to meet the requirements of the exchange policy, you must return the device in 

1. actually how you received your order
2. serial number of device must match the one we ship to you or in our system. If you ship back a device that not our your forbidden the refund and the payment on hold will be permanent and can’t be revised.
3. buyer must pack, secure and use all available bubble wrap, newspaper and available materials to secure the device from being damaged during transit. 
4. return device must have a tracking or signature confirmation
